Lorna MacLean , Co-Director & Law Accountant

Lorna has been with Grieve & Co since the opening of our Aberdeen office in 1988. In 2011 she became a Director of the company and remains based in our Aberdeen Office. Our clients demand a quick and efficient turnaround of business and Lorna takes great credit for the smooth operation of the Aberdeen office which sustains a high degree of consistency in that respect. Lorna’s area of expertise is the preparation of Civil and Criminal Legal Aid Accounts and Private Client feeing.

Melanie McIntosh, Co-Director & Law Accountant

After a successful 12 year career in the field of sales and marketing communications within the hospitality industry, Melanie joined Grieve & Co in 2009 as a trainee Law Accountant. In 2011 she became a Co-Director of the company and now specializes in the preparation of Criminal, Civil and Children’s Legal Aid Accounts, Private Client feeing, Judicial Accounts and Taxations. Melanie is based in our Glasgow office and, together with our team, she takes pride in meeting the high level of customer service our clients expect.

Robert Grieve, Consultant Law Accountant

After 17 years service in the Scottish Court Service, of which the final 7 years were spent as a Depute Clerk of Session and Justiciary, Robert founded the Firm of Grieve & Co. in 1983 and now remains with us as a Consultant. Robert’s areas of expertise centre around Private Client accounts and the preparation of Judicial Accounts. He has extensive experience of Taxation, both Party/Party and Agent/Client.

Jim McIntosh, Consultant Law Accountant

Jim began working with Grieve & Co in September 2016 as a consultant Law Accountant after a successful career spanning 30 years in retail management. Jim specialises in Executry, Trust and Power of Attorney feeing. He takes pride in the accuracy of his work and understands the importance of a fast file turnaround time for Executry fees.
